Yes. We can provide labels on 1", 3", or custom core sizes depending on your application.
• Do you offer sheeted or fan-folded labels?
Yes. If your operations are optimized for desktop printers or manual applications, we can supply labels in sheeted or fan-folded formats.
• Do you offer RFID tags that meet ARC Y2 certification?
Yes. We supply RFID labels using Y2 ARC-approved inlays, which meet industry standards for EPC Class 1 Gen 2 compliance. These are accepted by major retailers and can be customized to your data management systems.
• Do you offer both digital and flexographic printing?
Yes. We use both digital and flexo presses depending on your run size, color needs, and label complexity. Digital is ideal for quick turnarounds and SKU changes, while flexo excels with large volumes and PMS color matching.
• Can you provide tamper-evident labels for safety or compliance?
Absolutely. We can print tamper-evident labels including seal strips, tabs, or destructible materials to help protect product integrity—especially important in nutraceutical, wellness, and cosmetic packaging.
• Can you serialize labels with unique barcodes or variable data?
Yes. We offer variable data printing and GS1-standards serialization. Whether you need serialized barcodes, QR codes, or tracking data tied to individual products or cases, we can handle the data management and printing.
• Do you print shrink sleeves, bands, or booklet labels?
No, we do not currently print shrink sleeves, shrink bands, or booklet-style labels. However, we’re happy to recommend trusted partners if those are part of your packaging system.
• Can you produce UL-certified labels?
No, we are not a UL-certified printer. If your products require UL labels, we can refer you to a provider that specializes in compliance with those standards.
• Do you operate from multiple plants?
No—we print and ship from a centralized facility. This allows us to maintain tighter quality control, reduce handoffs, and ensure consistent service no matter where you’re located.
